Charlie Remy (Electronic Resources & Serials Librarian) and Katie Gohn (Head of Collection Services), librarians at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga will talk about their successes, their challenges, and how a large base of subscription ebook content has helped them improve cross-disciplinary support in an uncertain budget environment. In this webinar, we’ll also share:

  • Trends in how patrons are using ebooks, including how many pages and chapters are downloaded, copied, printed and shared. (Data based on Academic Complete usage data from libraries across North America.)
  • Current content: what are the top subjects and titles, and how has that changed over time? How does this map to curriculum trends and graduation rates?
  • How you can apply this content to your library: What all this may mean for your library in the future, and how you can use it to inform your decisions.

Webinář bude probíhat přímo ve vašem internetovém prohlížeči a pro přenos zvuku postačí, abyste měli k počítači připojené reproduktory nebo sluchátka.
